The former trattoria of the Sanchez-Iglesias family, now serving one menu, changing with the season using the best British produce available.In 2007 Casamia researched how Japanese restaurants are influenced by seasonal change not only in the dishes by also soft furnishings and decor to really reflect the four seasons. It made so much sense to them that they immediately adopted the idea and have spent the last few years developing it to include all the senses - taste, sight, hearing, smell, touch.
