Ikoyi takes inspiration from West African regions and Jollof cuisine, utilising key West African as well as British ingredients and transforming them using intricate techniques to create unique dishes. The objective is for Ikoyi to interpret West African ingredients and cooking - linking it to its roots and former influences, giving rise to a new kind of cuisine which is applicable to a wider, more global audience. The restaurant is a chic but sparse dining space, using natural materials, including beautiful hand crafted ceramics and wood and an open kitchen too. Each and every detail of the restaurant has been considered, with a focus on specialist and artisan craftsmanship.
