With an intimate restaurant setting of just nine tables, chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias and his team create dishes which are influenced by the individuality, multi-cultural and creative vibes of their home city of Bristol. The single tasting menu changes accordingly with day to day seasonal offerings, and you will need to allow 3.5 hours to enjoy the experience comfortably. A shorter four-course lunch is available on Fridays. Staff here are friendly, welcoming and helpful, with the aim to put you at your ease, ready to relax and enjoy the experience ahead.
