Dining at The Kitchin is relaxed but welcoming with the focus on the food. Tom Kitchin is almost fanatical about working with the seasons. The Kitchin menu presents modern British cuisine influenced by French cooking techniques and an appreciation of the best quality ingredients available from Scotland's fantastic larder.
