The Spread Eagle Restaurant offers diners a perfect balance of old and new with Head Chef, Nathan Marshal's accomplished menu of modern classic British cuisine served in the hotel's iconic setting. Candlelight in the evenings with a huge inglenook fireplace, it is a wonderful venue for romantic occasions or family lunches. During the summer months lunch is also served in the more relaxed atmosphere of the Conservatory and Terrace. On finer days, the hotel's inner courtyard offers a discreet place for al fresco dining.
