The Grand Hotel is one of the UK's most magnificent Victorian hotels. Situated on the seafront at Eastbourne, it dominates the shoreline and enjoys a stunning outlook over the sea and, to the right, the cliffs at Beachy Head. Built-in 1875, it has welcomed many of the great and the good over the years including Winston Churchill, Charlie Chaplin and Elgar.
Enjoy a menu based on traditional British favourites, all created with a modern twist. You'll find dishes often inspired by locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fish and the best produce from the surrounding Sussex farms. Plus, the dinner menu changes daily, offering something new each evening.
