Set in a building with rich history - a former smokehouse, cooperage and even a fishermans store, The Cellar has a 40 year history of being a leading restaurant in the East Neuk The Cellar re-open in April 2014 under the ownership of Billy Boyter and his family. 

With over 15 years experience working in some of Scotland's best restaurants, Billy has created a menu of great Scottish food using the best produce from local suppliers wherever possible.
