At The Priory, the hotel's gourmet restaurant, views over the exquisite flower garden provide a charming backdrop to the imaginative cuisine of chef Jauca Catalin. His inventive, seasonal dishes are inspired by a deep passion for French culinary traditions, subtly enhanced with delicate Asian influences.

During the summer months the terrace is a very special spot for al fresco dining, backed in the early summer by the scented wisteria-clad walls of the hotel and overlooking the four acres of beautiful gardens, weather permitting.
