The restaurant re-opens with new Head Chef Ben Wilkinson at the helm. Ben is bound to bring a wealth of experience to the restaurant following his success at The Cottage in the Wood, a Michelin starred restaurant in the Lake District. His partner, Monika Zurawska, will be leading the front of house team to bring you the very best service and insight behind each dish. The duo look forward to creating and delivering exciting tasting menus, making seasonal and local produce the highlight of your plate as an ode to Sussex.
