Serving the best of local produce, sustainable fish and seafood, Mark Hix's new solo venture, The Oyster & Fish House is located on the site that was formerly HIX Oyster & Fish House.

The menus at the Fish House are built around the long-established, personal relationships that Mark has with his suppliers and uses only responsibly produced, carefully sourced and simply served British seasonal ingredients. The Fish House also serves by-catch, supporting local Lyme Bay Reserve fishermen.

Menus are changed twice daily depending on what the fishermen have brought in, but expect dishes along the lines of Fillet of Lyme Bay sea bass with Poole clams and sea beet, or Fish House prawn burger with spiced tartare sauce and chips.

Monday to Sunday 12pm to 10pm. Jan and Feb closed Monday and Tuesday.
