Now part of the Iconic Luxury Hotel collection, the hotel has geared up its dining operations, making an enormous publicity splash by partnering with Chef James Martin. GRILL, now one of the most sought-after restaurants in the Cotswolds, brings you a stand-out menu brimming with signature dishes from James and his talented brigade of chefs such as Thai-Spiced Cornish Crab Risotto; Burnt Aubergine, Vegan Ricotta, Harissa, Bulgar Wheat and Soft Herbs; and Laverstoke Buffaloumi with Confit Roscoff Onion, Chilli Jam and Treviso. Plus, Classic dishes include Dry-Aged Longhorn Beef Wellington served with Watercress, Braised King Oyster Mushrooms, Truffled All Butter Mash Potato or Koffman's Chips - or vegetarian equivalents of Feta Wellington with Watercress ; and dishes straight off the grill such as 'Market Fish of the Day - Your Way' plus Ribeye, Sirloin or Fillet Steak.
All within The Great Hall: a stunning dining room with imposing barrel-vaulted ceiling, 17th century Minstrel's Gallery and polished oak panelling in the honeyed wall 600-year-old coaching inn at the heart of picturesque Broadway.
Completing the Cotswold Experience, James will be regularly visiting The Lygon Arms and hosting 'Dinner with James Martin' which showcases seasonal "greatest hits" menu for the whole room, paired with wines, as well as being host to guest fellow celebrity chefs.
