Overview
The Nags Head Inn is a Grade 2 listed former coaching inn, nestled in between the canal routes to Welshpool and Newtown, and just a stones throw from the River Severn and close to the castles of Powis, Montgomery and Dolforwyn. The restaurant is a beautiful, light and airy room with an oak floor, full height ceiling and open beams. It is decorated with oak book shelves, holding many antique books, often borrowed by guests for their stay. At the end of the restaurant, double doors lead directly onto the patio to enjoy the sun and beautiful terraced garden.
