Galvin Bistrot & Bar

The restaurant reflects the look and style of the great French bistrots of Paris and Lyon, and serves deep-flavoured dishes at reasonable prices, showcasing the best seasonal produce.

It features bentwood chairs and leather banquettes, blackboards, mirrors chalked with the day’s specials, wine posters and antique pictures, sitting alongside objets d’Art and a curvaceous zinc bar with its own history.

A short menu of carefully sourced, market driven ingredients underpinned by great heritage. All produce is ethically grown and harvested by the farmers, fishermen and suppliers they have have known for decades. The food, service and ambience is distinctly French. Dishes on the menu include an entrée of Terrine of pork, Pistachio & Prune, Plats principaux of Rib eye steak, frites, watercress & beurre Maitre d’Hôtel and a classic dessert of Galvin's highly praised Apple tarte Tatin & crème fraîche.
