Located inside Pan Pacific London and showcasing a melting pot of cuisines from Singapore's many cultures, Straits Kitchen is headed by Executive Head Chef Adam Bateman who brings authentic Asian flavours to the table.

Traders and neighbours have been bringing ingredients into Singapore through the Straits of Malacca, resulting in a palette of eclectic flavours reflected in Straits colourful, exciting and absolutely delicious dishes.

Serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, the restaurant features floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the Plaza, while two private dining rooms enable guests to enjoy a selection of set menus to suit all tastes and occasions.

Breakfast: Monday to Friday 6:30am - 10:30am and Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 11:30am; Lunch: Monday to Friday 12:00 noon - 4:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm - 4:00pm and Dinner: Monday to Saturday 4:00pm - 10:00pm and Sunday 4:00pm - 9:30pm. Afternoon Tea: Thursday - Monday from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
