Launched in March 2017 etch. is a new fine dining restaurant located in Hove, Brighton. It's the first restaurant from Steven Edwards, winner of the 6th edition of MasterChef; The Professionals in 2013, who was previously to be found at the 5-Star South Lodge Hotel in Horsham.
etch. will be focused mainly on providing simply flavoured and locally sourced food, with Steven's aim to celebrate Sussex produce. The restaurant's interior offers a warm welcome, a weekly changing menu accompanied by an excellent wine list.
Bookings are available up to 3 months in advance with a private room and chauffeur available for those who are looking for a more exclusive experience.
