On this extraordinary evening, Chef Alain Roux welcomes legendary father-and-son duo Michel and César Troisgros, heirs to France’s most revered gastronomic dynasty. The Troisgros family has held Three Michelin Stars for an unbroken 57 years at Le Bois sans Feuilles.
