Headed up by Head Chef Richard Simms, the centrepiece of Ellenborough Park is The Restaurant and the authentic culinary experience it now offers. The Restaurant stands out from the ordinary and moves away from the typical fine dining offering and embraces a more flexible, natural style. It prides itself on offering local provenance and the finest British produce and ingredients, complemented by unquestionable service and a selection of sought after wines. The main aim of The Restaurant is to position the hotel as a luxury experiential destination for both hotel and local guests. This is also home to The Royalist room, an elegant private dining space for special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays.
