Chef Patron Daniel Smith takes great pride in bringing dishes together that embrace every season. The locally-inspired menu changes daily across the Lunch & Dinner Du Jour, A La Carte, Taster and Sunday Lunch; featuring Ingham Swan favourites, brand new dishes as well as ideas and flavours. A wine pairing service is available to enjoy alongside Tasting Menus.

Diners can feast on dishes such as: Sauté Locally Foraged Girolles, Summer Truffle, Shaved Parmesan, Confit Egg Yolk; Charred Beef Fillet, Sauteed King Oyster Mushroom, Chimichurri, Truffle and Comte Chips, Salad, and, if there is still room, devour a Hot Blackberry Souffle, Blackberry Sorbet, Almond Crumb.
