The Dining Room is as formal or relaxed as the mood takes you. An open format grill menu has been carefully curated to celebrate old Chewton Glen favourites and embrace an eclectic selection of new dishes. The restaurant uses amazing seasonal ingredients many of which are sourced from its Kitchen Garden and all intelligently cooked and effortlessly presented.

One of the great English traditions is of course afternoon tea, and Chewton Glen offers afternoon tea in the Dining Room. The Captain Marryat afternoon tea uses local ingredients to do Hampshire proud - although Scottish smoked salmon is a must.
