The Bowood Hotel - Shelburne Restaurant

The Bowood opened in May 2009. This new hotel is set in the beautiful Bowood Estate less than 30 minutes from Bath or the Cotswolds. The Shelburne Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. The 64 seat curved dining room has unspoilt views of the parkland and the ceiling to floor French windows open up to offer terrace dining in the summer months. Modern British seasonal food is very much the menu du jour, featuring produce sourced where possible, from Lord and Lady Lansdowne's private garden. Menus are seasonal to ensure that only the freshest produce is used.
