Mana has the restaurant world a buzz since it open in 2018. With lofty ambitions to take on the world's best, it is no wonder why. Manchester hadn't been able to lay claim to having a Michelin starred restaurant, despite many a great restaurant, for over 40 years. Then Mana opened and got one in its first year. It's got accents of Noma, the restaurant in Copenhagen voted consistently as 'the World's Best Restaurant' by Restaurant magazine. Chef Simon Martin is ex Noma and hails the cooking by his former mentor Rene Redzepi. Mana delivers Manchester a gastronomic Mecca tasting menu experience par excellence.
