The Galloping Major restaurant is situated in what was once the original owner's ballroom. Huge windows open the room out to the park, bringing the light in and highlighting amazing original features. Diners will enjoy a menu where the ingredient is king. The name comes from the second owner of the hotel, the Major, a local legend who managed the stud farm and estate that now forms Bruntwood Park.
