An intimate dining room led by Luke, Nat & Theo Selby, serves a monthly evolving menu built on their formative experience and harnessing the ethos of Japanese and French cooking. The chef’s counter seats 10 people, offering a short, sharp and dynamic wine list curated by Honey Spencer.
