The Cove Restaurant & Bar
Set amongst 66 acres of meadows, woodland and oak-lined streams, Coombeshead Farm is a renovated 18th century still working farm, five bed guesthouse, restaurant and bakery, created by chefs Tom Adams and April Bloomfield in the heart of Cornwall's countryside. Dinner begins at 7pm with a series of snacks followed by a five course set menu, which changes regularly depending on the season and what the farm is producing.
The dinner offering changes regularly depending on the season and what the farm is producing. Coombeshead Farm likes to be responsible for as much of the menu as possible, rearing pigs, sheep & ducks at the farm in a sustainable and responsible manner, along with all vegetables and fruit that come into the kitchen. As such, it is rare that fish and shellfish are brought into the kitchen. Therefore, if you are pescatarian expect a vegetarian menu. Through the Winter season the menu features a variety of game.
