A gastronomic gem for contemporary dining, it offers a menu bursting with delicious seasonal dishes that showcases his distinctive style and confident cooking. The dining is elegant and informal, dominated by an open kitchen – inviting diners to feel part of a theatrical-like experience. The lunch and dinner menus sparkle with eye-catching dishes and bold pairings, changed regularly to reflect the best seasonal produce form across the British Isles and high-quality home-grown ingredients. There’s also a relaxed bar featuring showstopping cocktails/ mocktails with champagnes, distinctive range of wines and beers, and an extensive collection of spirits.
