The Carlton Tower Jumeirah and Al Mare’s Executive Chef is Italian native Marco Calenzo. Over the course of his career Marco has gained experience from across the globe, bringing his inimitable passion to the kitchens of a plethora of esteemed establishments. Marco’s professional journey has taken him to the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Beijing and Hawaii, Les Creations de Narisawa in Tokyo and most recently Zuma in London, where he was Executive Chef.
This beautiful all-day dining restaurant brings a slice of Italy into the heart of Belgravia with a menu that is either sourced locally or imported from favoured suppliers in Italy. The menu features signature Italian dishes of Melanzane alla Parmigiana, Rigatoni al Tartufo and Vitello alla Milanese. Make sure you leave room for one of a selection of their classic desserts of Tiramisù, Rum babà or Muscovado & Tonka Bean Affogato. Assolutamente delizioso!
