The vision of Mango Tree's Eddie Lim, The Sushi Bar specialised in nigri and shashimi to allow the chefs to truly showcase their craft, as well as signature and traditional rolls to enjoy.
With head chef Eran Low - a sushi master with more than 20 years' experience - at the helm, the restaurant promises a fantastically wide range of fish and seafood served with a few signature twists. As well as the speciality negiri and sashimi, menu highlights include kabayaki of eel with foie gras, tiger-prawn tempura with caviar, and tataki of Wagyu beef.
For the full experience, let the experts take the reins and have the sushi chef choose your order: simply ask for the Omakase option, a Japanese concept meaning "I'll leave it up to you".
