Headed up by Executive Head Chef David Williams, the centrepiece of the re-launch is The Restaurant and the authentic culinary experience it now offers. The Restaurant will stand out from the ordinary and move away from the typical, exhausted fine dining offering and embrace a more flexible, natural style. It prides itself on offering local provenance and the finest British produce and ingredients, complimented by unquestionable service and a selection of sought after wines. The main aim of The Restaurant is to position the hotel as a luxury experiential destination for both hotel and local guests. This will also be home to The Royalist room, an elegant private dining space for special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays.
