The boutique and quirky Queensberry Hotel in the centre of Bath houses the rather natty Olive Tree Restaurant. The restaurant is situated in the lower ground of this Georgian Townhouse but is deceptively bright and airy. Styling is a blending of neutral tones with a very distinctive contemporary British theme. Modern and eclectic inside mixed with original features. Head Chef Chris Cleghorn has honed his exceptional cooking skills as the protege of a trio of world renowned Michelin Star chefs: Heston Blumenthal (Fat Duck, Bray), Michael Caines (Gidleigh Park) and Adam Simmonds (Danesfield House). Chris has drawn influence from these culinary masters to create his own exciting style. With the 2018 Michelin stars just having been awarded, The Olive Tree is now Bath's only Michelin starred restaurant.
