Housed in a gorgeous Soho town house, this subtly decorated and smoothly presented restaurant offers lots of sparkle for the palate. The menu is spring-like and inventive, offering a host of vegetarian options and is very reasonably priced. Alexis Gauthier made a determined decision not to create any new dishes involving meat and fish or things with eggs and butter - "creativity has to lie with veganism", and now 75% of the menu is vegan, with a plan to be 100% vegan in the not too distant future.
