Da Terra (meaning from the ground), was born based on the idea of the chefs relationship with soil, water, wildlife, their knowledge and the people that are brought together when dining. The approach here is to maximise the guests experience ensuring guests feel as if invited into their homes for a meal in a casual, relaxing atmosphere. Chefs, Paulo Airaudo and Rafael Cagali met when they were in the kitchen of The Fat Duck, and now come together to serve from their roots, with Latin American inspired flavours and an Italian heart.
