Brat was awarded a first Michelin star just six months after opening. Originally a colloquial term for 'turbot', Brat draws on Tomos' Welsh heritage and influence from the Basque region of Northern Spain, with a menu favouring seasonal British produce, cooked on an open fire wood grill. Restaurant bookings are accepted online through Brat's website, or a few seats are available at the bar for walk-in diners. No telephone bookings accepted.
