Under the guidance of Head Chef Viktor Yordanov, the menu balances freshness, richness and spice, with dishes designed to be enjoyed together. Highlights include delicately prepared yellowtail with preserved lemon and green chilli, harissa-glazed ribeye, and native oysters dressed with citrus gremolata. Signature interpretations of regional classics, such as the Mandrake shakshuka, sit alongside carefully composed desserts including pistachio millefeuille and olive oil ice cream.

An emphasis on high-quality sourcing runs throughout, with standout ingredients such as Cypriot olive oils underpinning the kitchen’s expressive, flavour-driven style. The wine list is equally considered, showcasing a curated selection of renowned producers that complement the menu’s bold yet balanced profile.
