At the centre of the experience is an eight-course tasting menu that explores flavours and influences from across India, combining traditional dishes with modern techniques and presentation. Available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian formats, it delivers a substantial dining experience while remaining refreshingly approachable by Mayfair standards.

Highlights include the restaurant's Khichdi of India and its tableside Chaat Trolley, which adds a touch of theatre to the evening.

Downstairs, Tryst serves cocktails inspired by Indian ingredients and regional spirits, providing a destination in its own right before or after dinner.
