With sustainability at its core, Spring is pledging to eliminate all single-use plastics from the restaurant. The pre-theatre Scratch menu, served daily using ingredients that are typically overlooked to create a delicious, nutritious meal, highlights the important issue of food waste.
The restaurant is in the former 19th Century Drawing Room which has been painstakingly restored and opened to the public for the first time in 150 years. This light flooded room, which seats 100 covers, is decorated simply and warmly allowing the large windows, airy high ceilings and original cornicing to frame the space.
