Mitch Tonks at The Donovan Bar, Brown’s Hotel – Mayfair, London

From The Seahorse in Dartmouth to Mayfair, renowned seafood chef Mitch Tonks and his son Ben bring their award-winning restaurant to the heart of London with a three-month residency at The Donovan Bar, Brown’s Hotel.

Running from 16th June to 14th September 2025, the residency presents a menu inspired by the Mediterranean and northern Spanish coastlines, with sustainably sourced seafood from Brixham and dishes steeped in regional pride. Expect standout plates such as Line-Caught Sea Bass Crudo with Calamansi, Ginger & Pink Pepper, Pot-Caught Spider Crab with Lemon & Radish, and Baked Scallops with White Port & Garlic, paired with bespoke cocktails curated by The Donovan Bar’s world-class mixology team.
