An Aegean-inspired restaurant and bar in London's Soho, with a strong feel of Turkish luxury.
Designed by Lazaro Rosa-Violan, a colour palette of sea green and blue brings the spirit of the Aegean together with wood panelling, rich fabrics, ceramic murals of an underwater scene and an impressive chandelier centrepiece.
Hus Vedat of Yosma has consulted on a menu focusing on dishes inspired by the countries surrounding the Aegean Sea. There is a strong emphasis on seafood. Sections of the menu includes raw, as well as hot and cold meze, and the fish menu changes daily depending on what the fishermen have caught from around the British Isles. The fish is cooked whole over live fire and served simply with lemon, sea salt and olive oil.
