Angler is a slick, zingy fish restaurant at the top of the sparkling South Place Hotel, specialising in the treasures of British rivers and coastlines. The restaurant itself is large, bright, shiny and modern. Into this inspiring setting comes the work of a talented chef producing some of the lovliest dishes in London. Zesty and fresh, yet thoughtful and accomplished, the cooking takes the main stage at Angler.
