In collaboration with Nyetimber, England's pioneering sparkling wine estate, this intimate experience has been thoughtfully curated to showcase a beautifully seasonal afternoon tea, with each course expertly paired to complement a selection of Nyetimber's most celebrated cuvées.

Begin with a refined selection of savoury bites showcasing the best of the season, from delicate asparagus and pea tart to smoked salmon, free-range egg and poached chicken creations, each beautifully paired with Nyetimber Classic Cuvée and Blanc de Blancs 2017.

The experience then moves into a decadent finale of handcrafted pâtisserie and freshly baked scones, with highlights including chocolate, rhubarb and citrus-inspired creations, all complemented by the gentle sweetness of Cuvée Chérie Demi-Sec and the elegant Classic Cuvée Rosé, bringing the afternoon to a graceful close.
