Willett’s, named after the family behind the original 1887 Chelsea townhouse, sits within The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel on Sloane Street. With its own entrance and polished frontage, it reads as a standalone neighbourhood restaurant, offering a more relaxed counterpoint to the hotel, while retaining the sense of considered detail associated with Belmond’s approach to hospitality.

Open throughout the day, it centres on seasonal British produce, well-known dishes and daily specials, alongside a bar list featuring around 20 wines by the glass, highlighting contemporary British producers. A natural fixture for lunches, suppers and everything in between.
