This summer, re-discover TIDE — Coworth Park’s open-air dining terrace, set just above the rose garden in one of the estate’s prettiest spots. Offering sweeping views across wildflower meadows and perfectly spaced tables under the sun, TIDE brings laid-back glamour to its seasonal dining concept inspired by the natural rhythms of English estate life.
Curated by executive chef Adam Smith, TIDE draws inspiration from Britain's coastal waters and countryside larder. It celebrates the art of seasonal dining through vibrant, ingredient-led dishes, designed for sharing. Each plate reflects a relaxed yet refined approach to modern British cuisine at its best.
TIDE is open for Friday & Saturday 12noon - 5pm (last orders 3pm) and Sunday 1pm - 6pm (last orders 4pm).
