This summer, discover TIDE — Coworth Park’s open-air dining terrace, set just above the rose garden in one of the estate’s prettiest spots. Offering sweeping views across wildflower meadows and perfectly spaced tables under the sun, TIDE brings the laid-back glamour of the South of France to Ascot.

Michelin-starred chef Adam Smith curates a vibrant, seasonal menu celebrating the best of British land and sea. Expect elegant simplicity and bold summer flavour — from native lobster paccheri and grilled scallops to Kentish strawberries with yuzu posset. The drinks list features crisp Rathfinny rosé, botanical cocktails, and fresh, garden-inspired non-alcoholic serves.

TIDE is open for lunch, Fridays to Sundays, 12–5pm, throughout July and August.
