The Tasting Room brings together an exciting creative programme of seasonal five-course menus devised to match with exceptional hand-picked wines that cleverly echoes each season.
Far from static, The Tasting Room evolves with the seasons and is a canvas for Executive Chef, Tom Scade's culinary artistry. Open for dinner only and with only 28 setting per evening, booking is essential.
From aromas of orange, cinnamon, and clove in the winter to flame-grilled barbeques and strawberry fields in the summer, each dish will embrace the essence of nature and form a piece of artwork in itself. At the heart of each dish will be Tom’s unwavering commitment to sustainability, as he strives to integrate homegrown produce into the menus by working with local food suppliers to minimise carbon emissions.
The Vineyard’s impressive collection of wine, from both the New and Old World, as well as award-winning wines from owner Sir Peter Michael’s Winery in California, will be instrumental in elevating ‘The Tasting Room’ experience, regardless of the season.
