Latymer offers an exceptional Discovery Tasting Menu – a six-course menu which includes snacks and tea or coffee from talented Head Chef Steve Smith. The surprise element of the tasting menu allows Smith and his team the scope to exercise creativity and passion, changing the menu in line with whichever seasonal produce works best on the day.

The restaurant, in the oldest part of the country house hotel, is a classic dining room with wood panelling, ornate fireplaces, and stunning views to landscape gardens and terraces beyond.
