Its menus are fresh and simple with British and Mediterranean influences. It celebrates seasonal organic vegetables and fruits, and a focus on conscious consumption.

The menu offers everything from a healthy breakfast to informal lunches, prepared onsite. The wine list is curated by Liberty Wines who recently became the only 'CarbonNeutral+' UK wine supplier - offsetting more emissions than the business generates to achieve a positive environmental impact.
