For those marking Mother’s Day and looking for something extra special, Bar des Prés offers a refined Franco-East Asian dining experience in Mayfair.
Chef Cyril Lignac has created a special set menu for the occasion. The experience begins with a glass of NV Veuve Clicquot Rosé, setting the tone for a thoughtfully composed menu created especially for the occasion. Starters include King Crab Crispy Sushi and Chutoro with miso-orange sauce, served alongside spinach salad with yuzu, black truffle vinaigrette and bonito.
The menu continues with steamed white asparagus with beurre blanc and trout roe, before Chilean sea bass gently confit in olive oil, accompanied by peas, pak choi and chimichurri.
To conclude, a fitting tribute: the Mother’s Day “Rose”, a delicate dessert of vanilla and strawberry created to mark the celebration.
