A once-in-a-lifetime culinary event comes to the UK—hosted by The Waterside Inn, the only restaurant outside France to hold Three Michelin Stars for 40 consecutive years.
On this extraordinary evening, Chef Alain Roux welcomes legendary father-and-son duo Michel and César Troisgros, heirs to France’s most revered gastronomic dynasty. The Troisgros family has held Three Michelin Stars for an unbroken 57 years at Le Bois sans Feuilles. Combined with The Waterside Inn’s four-decade legacy, that’s 97 years of three-star excellence—in one kitchen, for one night only.
Together, these culinary icons will craft an exquisite six-course menu, with each dish paired with Grands Crus Classés wines. A special dessert will be prepared by Chef David Paganel, who trained under Michel Roux OBE at The Waterside Inn in 1986 – bringing the story full circle. The remaining courses will be revealed on the night. All dietary requirements will be taken at time of booking.
Luxury Restaurant Club: Members booking by 10th August will receive an exclusive gift from Chef Alain Roux – a culinary book from the Roux dynasty’s library, which he will personally sign. Quote LRG and membership number on reservation.
