Hipping Hall is a modern country house hotel and restaurant on the rugged borders of Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire. Their ethos is 'simple things done well', which they have perfected in our opinion. The wonderful 15th Century dining room is cosy and intimate complete with crackling log fire and creaking wooden floors and the food is bursting with local and seasonal flavours. Head Chef Brent's passion is to produce dishes with strong rustic flavours but give them a finesse and style that you would expect to find in the very best fine dining restaurants.
