The Restaurant at The Capital, lead by Executive Chef Chris Prow, offers internationally-inspired cuisine with true English hospitality, in a sophisticated dining room near Harrods. Chris and his team change the menu frequently to enable them to showcase local and seasonal produce, so we recommend checking the website before dining, but samples of delicious International dishes already created are: The Capital “poke bowl” with grains, marinated tuna, avocado, mango, pomegranate; Soft shell crab burger – pickled mooli & curried aioli; or Fillet steak - served with grilled Portobello mushrooms & Truffle Parmesan Fries.
Complementing these creations perfectly, the five-star front of house team provide exceptional warm and friendly service in a bright, modern dining room with a cosy and welcoming feel.
