Secrets de Terroirs - Raveneau!

Members are invited to apply to attend this most exclusive and unique of wine/tasting evenings.

This horizontal and vertical wine tasting is proudly selected by Head Sommelier Paul Robineau, and paired with the most exquisite menu created by Head Chef Ross Bryans.

This evening includes a four course menu and a selection of the  finest wines of the Raveneau estate, with the presence of Maxime Raveneau himself, who has taken over the family business for the past years. Of Raveneau, Paul Robineau says "The most emblematic domain of the appellation, which produces the finest Chardonnays from the Chablis terroirs. Wines combining finesse and density, which for many represent the quintessence of the great white, Burgundy wines."

There are only 27 available seats, carefully selected to guarantee the best possible experience.
