NEW UK MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANTS 2017-18

Nineteen new Michelin stars have been announced in the latest awards of the 02nd October 2017 from the Michelin Guide in a live ceremony at The Brewery, near the Barbican. The full published book will be available in stores from 05th October.

Restaurants receive either one, two or three Michelin stars from anonymous inspectors who pay their own bills to ensure impartiality:

  •  One star: “A very good restaurant in its category”
  • Two stars “Excellent cooking, worth a detour”
  • Three stars: “Exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey”
